Virus, the 'You Have Been Blocked from Our Website' Virus is another browser hijacker that disguises its browser-redirecting attacks as security protocols. A 'You Have Been Blocked from Our Website' Virus infection will redirect you to a fake survey site that claims to be acting as a barrier against potential bot-based activities (similar to a CAPTCHA field), but the 'You Have Been Blocked from Our Website' Virus's actual point is to harvest your personal information through its fake surveys. Most importantly, you never should compromise any form of exploitable data by giving it to sites promoted in a 'You Have Been Blocked from Our Website' Virus's redirects.
