WebSearchStride

WebSearchStride is a Mac application that may pose as a search-enhancing tool, but, in reality, it will not enhance your Web browsing or searching in any way. Instead, all it does is to introduce a ton of advertisements to your Web browsing sessions. This program is classified as 'adware,' and it serves no other purpose than to make sure that its users see as many advertisements as possible. Mac users may end up with the WebSearchStride running on their computers because they installed it via a software bundle accidentally, or were mislead by WebSearchStride's false promises.

The advertisements that WebSearchStride spawns may make your Web browsing experience much worse since they will appear on top of all websites you visit. Ad-blockers are unlikely to help, and the only way to eliminate the problem is to use a malware removal to identify and eradicate WebSearchStride adware's files.
