JunkSweeper is a suspicious application with adware capabilities. As its name suggests, JunkSweeper is promoted as a reliable program that can free space by deleting useless junk files. In reality, this questionable software may optimize your system. Its primary task is to flood your Web clients with unwanted commercial materials. There are several online platforms that host this adware, but in the majority of cases, JunkSweeper may rely on the bundling tactic to enter unnoticed. You may load JunkSweeper together with some third-party freeware if you don't pay close attention to the details. Fortunately, if you read the lowercase font, you may be able to prevent the installation of the suspicious program. After the adware gets access to your PC, JunkSweeper may modify Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer quickly. JunkSweeper may change your search provider and default homepage with untrustworthy alternatives. The questionable extension also may inject a lot of pop-ups, banners, in-text ads and interstitial ads. They may consist of coupons and discount offers, some of which may seem appealing to you. The adware may adjust the marketing elements considering your recent searches and surfing history. If you want to explore the sponsored pages, you should be very careful because some of them may be unsafe. Visiting partner sites continuously may bring you to fraudulent or potentially corrupted ones eventually. They may undertake hoaxes or offer you harmful software that may damage your system. Some of the commercial materials by JunkSweeper may be multimedia files, such as embedded videos. Their loading may slow down the operating speed of your Web clients. You may even experience freezes and crashes. There is no point in keeping such an app, so you should remove JunkSweeper with a dedicated security program.
