The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

JunkSweeper is a suspicious application with adware capabilities. As its name suggests, JunkSweeper is promoted as a reliable program that can free space by deleting useless junk files. In reality, this questionable software may optimize your system. Its primary task is to flood your Web clients with unwanted commercial materials. There are several online platforms that host this adware, but in the majority of cases, JunkSweeper may rely on the bundling tactic to enter unnoticed. You may load JunkSweeper together with some third-party freeware if you don't pay close attention to the details. Fortunately, if you read the lowercase font, you may be able to prevent the installation of the suspicious program. After the adware gets access to your PC, JunkSweeper may modify Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer quickly. JunkSweeper may change your search provider and default homepage with untrustworthy alternatives. The questionable extension also may inject a lot of pop-ups, banners, in-text ads and interstitial ads. They may consist of coupons and discount offers, some of which may seem appealing to you. The adware may adjust the marketing elements considering your recent searches and surfing history. If you want to explore the sponsored pages, you should be very careful because some of them may be unsafe. Visiting partner sites continuously may bring you to fraudulent or potentially corrupted ones eventually. They may undertake hoaxes or offer you harmful software that may damage your system. Some of the commercial materials by JunkSweeper may be multimedia files, such as embedded videos. Their loading may slow down the operating speed of your Web clients. You may even experience freezes and crashes. There is no point in keeping such an app, so you should remove JunkSweeper with a dedicated security program.
