Find Your Packages Promos

The Find Your Packages is marketed as a service that allows you to track packages. While this sounds useful, the browser extension that goes by the Find Your Packages Promos name is nothing more than adware that will spam you with intrusive advertisements. These advertisements will be from third-party websites and can contain cookies that track your online behavior, so that advertisers can target you more successfully. The Find Your Packages advertisements will be shown as in-text ads(highlighted keywords), pup-ups, advertising banners or boxes containing coupons.

When the Find Your Packages Promos extension or program is installed, it will display advertisements every time you search for something on Google or other websites you visit. The text under the pop-up advertisement may be different, with variations being: 'Powered by FindYourPackages,' 'Advertisements by FindYourPackages,' 'Ads by FindYourPackages,' 'Ads powered by FindYourPackages,' 'Brought to you by FindYourPackages' or just the plain 'FindYourPackages.'

The Find Your Packages advertisements will typically be shown in strange positions in the header, often overlaying the original content of the website. The advertisements pushed by Find Your Packages are usually for online gambling, adult content, unwanted programs and bogus software updates. The Find Your Packages Promos browser hijacker also may install other unwanted programs without your knowledge.

If you see advertisements by the Find Your Packages in your Google search results, pop-ups obstructing your vision on the pages you visit, or you are being redirected to websites that are different from the links you are clicking, you should remove the Find Your Packages Promos extension from your browser settings. You also might want to use a reputable anti-virus solution to locate and remove any other unwanted program that the Find Your Packages Promos may have installed.
