Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

Finally Fast is a Potentially Unwanted Program that may detect inaccurate and exaggerated problems with your PC and then ask that you purchase a registered version of the product to correct these supposed errors. Besides its poor feature set, Finally Fast also may be linked to non-consensual installation practices, installation formats that may block its deletion and other impediments often featuring in scareware campaigns. Uninstalling Finally Fast with the security solution of your preference is the recommended reaction to this system scanner's attempts to speed up your computer.
Finally Fast: the Scanner that's Nowhere Near 'Finally' Broke
Finally Fast is a product embroiled in long-withstanding disputes from its erratic functionality, with one particularly high-profile series of payments to dissatisfied customers hitting news headlines in 2011. In spite of its years on the market and poor reputation, Finally Fast still is being sold at finallyfast.com, supposedly as a Registry cleaner and general performance optimizer. Although Finally Fast, so far, has avoided being classified as threatening software, Finally Fast does include characteristics that malware researchers most often see in other PUPs.
Launching Finally Fast may lead to automatic scans of your PC that, as of malware researchers' last reports, always will return results including large numbers of errors, regardless of the state of the machine. Examples of the errors detected by Finally Fast scans may include invalid Registry entries, missing data for Windows modules, outdated versions of drivers and missing file components.
Finally Fast claims to be able to improve your PC's overall performance and stability with the correction of the above problems, asking its users to register its software to do so. Like other 'miracle' system scanners, the purchase of Finally Fast provides no identifiable increase in its ability to fix your machine, nor do its system scans increase the accuracy of their detection rates.
Finally Outracing a Finally Fast Campaign
The long-running nature of Finally Fast's campaign is remarkable for reasons besides its sheer longevity. Malware researchers also have connected Finally Fast's companies to incidents including inappropriate, recurring payments, inaccurate mailing list unsubscription processes, and fraudulent advertising. However, finallyfast.com's greatest feat is its continual ability to avoid being classified as a threatening site by most PC security entities, despite its years-long reputation of poor product features and worse business practices.
Unless you have any unusual evidence to the contrary, most PUPs may be assumed to be net negatives to your computer. Finally Fast is extremely clear proof of this overall tendency, and malware experts find no issues with recommending all PC users to delete Finally Fast by default. Some installations of Finally Fast software also avoid standard uninstall routines, but legitimate PC security products, regardless of how they classify it, should be able to remove Finally Fast without slowing pace.
