Threat Metric
The following fields listed on the Threat Meter containing a specific value, are explained in detail below:
Threat Level: The threat level scale goes from 1 to 10 where 10 is the highest level of severity and 1 is the lowest level of severity. Each specific level is relative to the threat's consistent assessed behaviors collected from SpyHunter's risk assessment model.
Detection Count: The collective number of confirmed and suspected cases of a particular malware threat. The detection count is calculated from infected PCs retrieved from diagnostic and scan log reports generated by SpyHunter.
Volume Count: Similar to the detection count, the Volume Count is specifically based on the number of confirmed and suspected threats infecting systems on a daily basis. High volume counts usually represent a popular threat but may or may not have infected a large number of systems. High detection count threats could lay dormant and have a low volume count. Criteria for Volume Count is relative to a daily detection count.
Trend Path: The Trend Path, utilizing an up arrow, down arrow or equal symbol, represents the level of recent movement of a particular threat. Up arrows represent an increase, down arrows represent a decline and the equal symbol represent no change to a threat's recent movement.
% Impact (Last 7 Days): This demonstrates a 7-day period change in the frequency of a malware threat infecting PCs. The percentage impact correlates directly to the current Trend Path to determine a rise or decline in the percentage.

Downloadme is a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) that may turn out to be far less helpful that you may be expecting in the beginning. Its simple website, which is download-me.info, encourages users to install the software if they want assistance for their downloads. However, this page is not the only place that you may use to download this software. Downloadme also may get access to your system when you load some third-party programs, whose license is commonly free. While the PUP may indeed help you download videos from YouTube and other similar platforms, there are quite a few reasons to search for an alternative application. Downloadme may create a set of ads that the majority of users deem as intrusive. These commercial materials may appear in large quantities. You may see them virtually everywhere and not only on shopping sites. Moreover, the PUP may create add-ons in all of your browser simultaneously, so no matter which client you launch, you are about to see the same unrequested modifications. Downloadme may put some questionable search site in the place of your default homepage. The presence of many pop-ups, banners, and eye-catching animations may worsen the performance of your browsers. Even if your PC is powerful, and you don't face any freezes, it is easy to get annoyed. The displayed coupons and discounts in some cases may be appealing, but they are frequently untrustworthy. Some of the ads may suggest you to take part in various surveys with the promise to win expensive rewards. Commonly, the final step of these surveys is to ask for your email, which may result in spam. Some of the commercial materials may lead to potentially harmful sites as well. All in all, you should consider performing an in-depth scan to delete Downloadme from your PC.
