The BestAdBlocker browser tool is promoted in freeware bundles as a powerful adblocker for your Mozilla Firefox. However, you might wish to know that it is considered by security researchers as a Potentially Unwanted Program (PUP) with adware capabilities. The BestAdBlocker application performs very similarly to Yellow AdBlocker and PineApple AdBlocker that stop the native ads on websites you browse and display pop-ups and banners from sponsors. The BestAdBlocker browser tool has versions for Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox and may appear as a plugin. The BestAdBlocker plugin may launch a background service in the Windows Task Manager in order to block ads in your web browser and display pop-ups and banners loaded with content by sponsors. The BestAdBlocker plugin may utilize HTTP cookies and DOM storage data in order to show commercials suited to your interests. Also, the BestAdBlocker application may be listed on the 'Programs and Features' list in the 'Control Panel' but it might have dysfunctional uninstaller to make it harder for users to remove BestAdBlocker manually. However, you can use a reliable antispyware tool to remove all components of the BestAdBlocker application on your PC.
