Worm.Ambler.A

Worm.Ambler.A is a self-replicating malicious computer worm which uses the network to send copies of itself to other computers on the network, and it may do so without any user's interruption. Worm.Ambler.A does not need to attach itself to an existing application. Worm.Ambler.A almost always make at least some damage to the network, if only by consuming bandwidth, whereas viruses almost always infect or devour files on a compromised computer. When Worm.Ambler.A enters the PC, the remote attacker starts taking control over the system and can perform malicious tasks there. Worm.Ambler.A changes the computer system and configuration settings. Worm.Ambler.A may install malicious files covering them as system files on to the computer. Worm.Ambler.A installs entries on the PC system registry in a way that it gets activated when the system boots up. Remove Worm.Ambler.A from your computer system immediately.
