Win32:FakeSysdef-D[Trj] is a Trojan related to SystemDefender, which is a rogue antispyware program. Win32:FakeSysdef-D[Trj] comes armed with a backdoor installer which produces adware and junk files when installed. These installations all take place without the user's knowledge. Win32:FakeSysdef-D[Trj] is a also a detection name that many virus scanners assign to fake antivirus scanners related to SystemDefender. Recent adware of this family was Personal Security Sentinel, another rogue malware remover. Win32:FakeSysdef-D[Trj] has proven to be difficult to have removed as its detectors were not always capable of completely deleting it.
