Wurldmedia is an Internet Explorer plugin that sends a web browser to a third-party server whenever the spyware detects that the user visits a known web site. WurlMedia tracks user Internet activity and can silently update itself via the Internet. The threat is bundled with some advertising-supported products such as Morpheus file sharing application. WurldMedia runs every time the user opens Internet Explorer.
