Troj/Bifrose-ZD Description
Troj/Bifrose-ZD is a malicious trojan horse or bot that deviously enters a PC or network and makes an outbound connection. Troj/Bifrose-ZD can attack the internet connection by producing outbound traffic. Troj/Bifrose-ZD can also create a fake startup registry entry in Windows, which allows other backdoor trojans to gain illegal access to the infected computer. Backup Reminder: Always be sure to back up your PC before making any changes.To remove Troj/Bifrose-ZD, you must first stop any Troj/Bifrose-ZD processes that are running in your computer's memory. To stop all Troj/Bifrose-ZD processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for Troj/Bifrose-ZD, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.
To delete Troj/Bifrose-ZD registry keys, open the Windows Registry Editor by clicking on the Windows "Start" button and selecting "Run." Type "regedit" into the box and click "OK." Once the Registry Editor is open, search for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Troj/Bifrose-ZD." Right-click this registry key and select "Delete."
Finally, to completely get rid of Troj/Bifrose-ZD, you must manually remove other Troj/Bifrose-ZD files. These Troj/Bifrose-ZD files can be in the form of EXE, DLL, LSP, TOOLBAR, BROWSER HIJACK, and/or BROWSER PLUGIN. For example, Troj/Bifrose-ZD might create a file like
