Remove the "FriendGreeting" processes files:
friendcard.exe otupdate.exe otms.exe winsrvc.exe friendcard.exe winsrvc.exe otupdate.exe otms.exe , otupdate.exe , winsrvc.exe , friendcard.exe otms.exe

Step 2 : Use Registry Editor to Remove FriendGreeting Registry Values

Locate and delete "FriendGreeting" registry entries:

Step 3 : Use Windows Command Prompt to Unregister FriendGreeting DLL Files

Search and unregister "FriendGreeting" DLL files:
otglove.dll otdock.dll
