Step 1 : Use Windows Task Manager to Remove Dagger Processes

Remove the "Dagger" processes files:
vscan.exe manager.exe [system server.exe client.exe, server.exe, [system, root]\system\manager.exe, [system, root]\system\vscan.execlient.exe

Step 2 : Use Registry Editor to Remove Dagger Registry Values

Locate and delete "Dagger" registry entries:

Step 3 : Detect and Delete Other Dagger Files

Remove the "Dagger" processes files:
package.txt history.txt daggerreadme.txt bugs.txt vscan.exe manager.exe [system server.exe client.exe bugs.txt, client.exe, daggerreadme.txt, history.txt, package.txt, server.exe, [system root]\system\manager.exe, [system root]\system\vscan.exe
