Backdoor.Agobot.s belongs to AGOBOT family of backdoor worms. Backdoor.Agobot.s spreads through popular peer-to-peer file sharing programs. Once installed on your computer, Backdoor.Agobot.s will generally connect to an IRC server. Once it connects to IRC, Backdoor.Agobot.s will be able to receive commands from its author, and can be used to launch destructive denial of service (DoS) attacks from your computer. To remove Backdoor.Agobot.s, you must first stop any Backdoor.Agobot.s processes that are running in your computer's memory. To stop all Backdoor.Agobot.s processes, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Windows Task Manager. Click on the "Processes" tab, search for Backdoor.Agobot.s, then right-click it and select "End Process" key.
To delete Backdoor.Agobot.s registry keys, open the Windows Registry Editor by clicking on the Windows "Start" button and selecting "Run." Type "regedit" into the box and click "OK."
